Refund policy
Every Goth Giggle item is printed to order, just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color, or a change of heart. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.
Email support@gothgiggle.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item laid flat, showing the design and the problem
- For a wrong size, a photo that shows the size tag
What isn't a defect
- Small color differences between your screen and the printed item
- Print placement within 1/2 inch of the product images
- Measurements within 1 inch of the size chart
- A faint smell from the printing process that washes out
Cancellations
To cancel or change an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order goes into production, it can't be canceled or changed.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.
