We ship within the United States only. Every order is printed to order, then shipped.

All 50 states and Washington, D.C.
Puerto Rico
Military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO)

We don't currently ship to Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or addresses outside the United States.

Production and delivery times

Orders are typically printed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can take an extra 7–12 business days in transit, and military addresses may take longer. These times are estimates, not guarantees.

When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If your order will ship later than expected, we'll email you, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can send it again, but the reshipment is at your cost.

Lost or missing packages

If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it ships, email support@gothgiggle.com within the following 7 days with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier, and if the package was lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors, your building's mail area, and the carrier. We can't replace packages that the carrier confirms were delivered.
