This website is operated by Salvatore Tardibuono III, a sole proprietorship doing business as Goth Giggle ("Goth Giggle," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting gothgiggle.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy from us. Some of our designs contain adult language. You agree not to use the site or our products for anything unlawful.

Products

Our products are printed to order. We try to show colors and details accurately, but colors can look different on different screens, and small variations in print placement and measurements are normal. We may limit quantities, change or discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order at any time, including orders that appear fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and refund them in full. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping, cancellations, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our shipping policy. Cancellations, damaged or defective items, and refunds are covered by our refund policy. Because products are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong.

Designs and content

All designs, artwork, text, and images on this site belong to Goth Giggle or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them without our written permission.

Third-party services

Orders are fulfilled by third-party production and shipping partners, and the site may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or their content.

Disclaimer

Except as stated in our policies and as required by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Goth Giggle isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
